We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our hotel management system.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and responding to calls promptly.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing concerns or complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotels or guest services is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on guest relations.
