The Role

We’re looking for a vibrant and outgoing Guest Service Agent to be the face of our experience. If you love interacting with people, bringing positive energy, and creating memorable moments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with energy and a big smile
• Guide visitors through the experience and answer their questions
• Create a fun, engaging, and seamless guest journey
• Handle guest feedback and ensure everyone leaves happy
• Support daily front-of-house operations and crowd flow
• Be part of a team that brings the House of Hype experience to life

What We’re Looking For

• UAE National (Emirati) with Family Book
• At least 6 months experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, events, etc.)
• Friendly, confident, and energetic personality
• Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
