Introduction:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and assisting with any needs or requests they may have during their stay. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Currently looking for Thursday - Sunday, 3 pm to 11 pm. These dates could change as staff change, but this is the opening available currently. Occasionally, helping other shifts or other days. The hotel is open every day of the year and 24 hours a day.

Responsibilities:
Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system: i.e. Marriott MGS, GXP, and Fosse
Handle guest requests, extra supplies for the room, maintenance requests, future reservations, and guest needs
Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings
Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
