Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
- Manage front desk operations efficiently, including check-in/check-out procedures and reservation handling using multi-line phone systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all needs are met with a positive attitude
- Assist guests with special requests, such as room changes or amenities, enhancing their overall experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Foster strong guest relations by addressing concerns proactively and providing personalized service tailored to diverse needs
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage for communicating with a diverse guest base
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency in daily tasks
- Experience in guest services roles within resorts or hotels demonstrates your ability to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Knowledge of guest relations strategies and customer service best practices is essential for creating memorable stays
- Prior involvement in night audit procedures or hotel management functions is a plus but not mandatory
- A background in hospitality or related fields will help you excel in managing guest interactions with professionalism and warmth
