Responsibilities

• Manage arrivals and departures of everyone visiting our hotel
• Provide exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests efficiently and courteously
• Setup and pack down of restaurant and bar areas as needed
• Shake cocktails, sling beers and have countless chats through the day
• Communicate with housekeeping, reservations and maintenance departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are met
• Actively resolve guest issues and challenges presented on shift

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a GSA in a hotel
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and handling guest accounts
• Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel
• The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures
