Job Title: Guest Service Associate

Job Summary:

The personal is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The role also includes preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments, assisting with office errands, and supporting the admin team with basic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping & Cleanliness:

• Ensure that all offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.
• Refill supplies like paper towels, soap, tissue, and drinking water as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and kitchen areas.

Tea & Refreshment Service:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to staff and guests promptly.
• Ensure clean cups, glasses, and utensils are available at all times.
• Maintain stock of pantry items and inform admin if supplies are low.

Office Support:

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and delivering documents as instructed.
• Handle indoor and outdoor office errands such as collecting parcels, documents, or groceries when required.
• Ensure proper handling of office equipment and report any maintenance needs to admin.

General Duties:

• Maintain a polite and professional attitude toward staff and visitors.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and security guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum High School education or equivalent.
• Prior experience as guest service in hotel Industry or Hospitality
• Basic understanding of cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Neat personal appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
