Guest Service Associate Late Night

Position Hours: 8pm to 3am

We are seeking experienced team members to support our late-night guest services operations, helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment during evening hours. As a family-oriented campground, our focus is on providing friendly, approachable service rather than a traditional security presence.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to handle guest needs with professionalism and care, and confidence in addressing situations calmly and respectfully. This role is centered around maintaining a positive vacation atmosphere while supporting campground guidelines and assisting guests as needed.

Team members should be dependable, observant, and comfortable working both independently and alongside others to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests throughout the evening.

Duties

• Conduct regular rounds of the campground to ensure a quiet, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Assist with guest needs during evening hours, including answering questions, supporting late check-ins, and providing general assistance.
• Escort late arrivals to their sites and ensure they are comfortably settled in.
• Support light operational tasks such as wood and ice deliveries, and checking restroom facilities to restock supplies as needed.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and composure, using strong communication and conflict resolution skills to maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Coordinate with local authorities when necessary to ensure campground guidelines and safety protocols are upheld.
• Document and report any incidents or notable activities for management review.

Requirements

• Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to calmly and effectively de-escalate situations.
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail to proactively identify and address guest needs or potential issues.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest service and creating a welcoming environment.
• Ability to work independently during late-night hours while maintaining professionalism and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
