Guest Service Executive (Female-Arabic)

Job Summary:

The Guest Service Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients and visitors by managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience within the facility.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:1. Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

2. Appointment Management

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as required
  • Coordinate with doctors and medical staff regarding patient bookings
  • Ensure no overbooking or scheduling conflicts

3. Patient Coordination

  • Assist patients with registration and documentation
  • Guide patients to respective departments or consultation rooms
  • Handle patient queries regarding services, timings, and procedures

4. Customer Service Excellence

  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and helpful attitude

5. Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate patient records and data entry in the system
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
  • Manage billing coordination or direct patients to the billing department

6. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (nurses, doctors, insurance team)
  • Inform patients about delays or changes in schedule
  • Assist in internal communication for smooth daily operations

7. Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Follow company policies, healthcare regulations, and SOPs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service / administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital systems preferred)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
