Job Description:

• Welcome and assist guests throughout the indoor park.
• Provide information about attractions, activities, and facilities.
• Scan and validate guest tickets at entry points.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience with reservation or ticketing software (e.g., VGS, Technoheaven) is a plus; Freshers are welcome to apply
• Exposure to Sprinklr, HubSpot, or Google Workspace is an advantage
• Preferred background in hotels, travel & tours, restaurants, or attraction/ticketing parks
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with good time management and multitasking ability.
