Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a service-oriented approach
  • Answer phone calls and manage reservations when needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain front desk standards, documentation, and daily reports
  • Uphold the hotel’s service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in Front Office / Reception preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
