Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures accurately
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a service-oriented approach
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations when needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain front desk standards, documentation, and daily reports
- Uphold the hotel’s service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

- Previous experience in Front Office / Reception preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month
