WE’RE HIRING – GUEST SERVICES

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Park Plaza – 8751 Park Plaza Drive, Shreveport, LA

Pay: $14.00 per hour | Full-Time (Average 32 hours/week)

Are you friendly, reliable, and love helping people? We’re looking for a Guest Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our hotel and create great experiences for every guest!

Schedule:

• Primarily 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shifts
• Occasional 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts (2 days)

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests with a smile and handle check-ins/check-outs
• Answer phones and assist with reservations
• Provide top-notch customer service and resolve guest concerns
• Keep the front desk running smoothly and professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable work history
• Hotel experience is a plus, but not required
