Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Representative/Front Desk Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for a positive stay, embodying the spirit of exceptional hospitality and guest relations.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and proactive solutions.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
  • Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance.
  • Collaborate with hotel management and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with guest relations by addressing special requests and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, preferably at the front desk or in guest services.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating welcoming environments.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems.
  • Knowledge of resort operations, guest relations strategies, and hospitality standards.
  • Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when required.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage guests professionally over the phone and in person.

  • Knowledge of Hotel Key or IHG a plus!!!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
