Position Summary

The Guest Experience Host & Axe Coach is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for every guest. This role blends customer service, axe throwing instruction, food and beverage service, and general floor operations. Team members will greet guests, train and supervise axe throwing, prepare food and drinks, and ensure a high-energy, family-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm

• Explain activities, pricing, and promotions

• Ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fun environment

Axe Throwing Instruction & Safety

• Teach guests how to safely throw axes

• Monitor lanes to ensure all safety rules are followed

• Engage with guests to keep the experience fun and interactive

• Enforce rules confidently and professionally

Food & Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve food (pizza, wings, snacks, etc.)

• Pour and serve beverages including soda and alcohol (where applicable)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and bar areas

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Attractions & Facility Support

• Assist guests with arcade games and mini bowling

• Troubleshoot minor issues with games or equipment

• Keep all areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable enforcing safety rules and handling groups

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Must be at least 19 years old

Availability

• Nights and weekends required

• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
