Guest Service/Kitchen Prep

Join our little but mighty restaurant

We are looking for customer friendly and team players to make coffee at our little, but mighty fast casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have experience working with coffee drinks, believes that creating exceptional customer service makes a positive difference.

Position Summary

The best candidate will have a passion for hospitality, is self motivated, organized, and have a genuinely good attitude. To be successful in this role you must be able to be coached, communicate, and be a team player. Our baristas take pride in their work and enjoy being around people. This is a hybrid position where you will work both in FOH as a cashier & barista, as well as boh preparing beautifully plated dishes.

Required Skills and Responsibilities

  • Genuine and positive customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Consistent attendance and time management
  • Willingness to learn and perform all front of the house operations
  • Manage cash orders, the register, and online orders
  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
  • Ensure product quality and station cleanliness
  • Uphold our standards of excellence in food and beverage, and hospitality
  • Presents a positive attitude towards the job, team, and guests
  • Ability to have a team player mentality who will "lend a hand" to help the team
