Guest Services and Spa Attendant (Customer Service/Receptionist-EXP REQ)

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly Spa Attendant to join our team. We’re most interested in hiring someone who is highly motivated, kind, and not only can multi-task, but THRIVE when the pace gets fast. If you have previous experience in reception and/or customer service in the service or hospitality industry or previous spa experience, that’s amazing. If you’re a natural hostess, who loves organization, you’d be perfect for this position. We are a high-end spa/sanctuary in Boulder, and exceptional customer service is required.

Spa Attendant duties include but are not limited to: * Checking clients in and out * Answering questions regarding spa services and products in person and over the phone * Scheduling appointments * Orienting clients to spa and walking to massage therapy and sound healing sessions * Following procedures to open and close the spa * Following procedures to upkeep spa and maintain equipment * Clear the energetic space of the spa * Maintain retail area * Be experts at our retail offerings and help guests make best choices and purchases * Support the overall flow of sanctuary clients

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
