Guest Services Associate

Courtyard by Marriott Dubai World Trace Centre is looking for a dynamic candidate to join our Front Office team as a Guest Experience Expert . If you enjoy working with people and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
• Maintain Marriott’s high standards of service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel experience is a plus)
• Good communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Opera system experience is preferred
