Guest Services Associate (Hospitality Officer)

We are seeking a professional, courteous, and well-presented Guest Services Associate (Hospitality Officer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in service roles and a genuine passion for hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and professional environment for all clients, visitors, and guests at our office, sales center, or project site.

Location: F.B Area, Karachi, Pakistan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Hospitality:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and coordinate with the receptionist regarding visitor arrivals.
  • Escort guests to meeting rooms, lounges, or designated waiting areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to clients and visitors.
  • Ensure guests are attended to promptly and professionally throughout their visit.

Meeting Room Management:

  • Prepare meeting rooms before scheduled meetings.
  • Ensure refreshments, drinking water, and hospitality arrangements are in place.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of meeting rooms before and after meetings.

Client Lounge & Office Presentation:

  • Ensure waiting areas, client lounges, and hospitality stations remain clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Monitor hospitality supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in guest-facing areas.

VIP & Event Support:

  • Assist in hosting VIP guests, investors, and business partners.
  • Support hospitality arrangements during project launches, client events, and corporate meetings.

Professional Appearance & Grooming:

  • Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance at all times.
  • Required to wear formal business attire as per company standards.
  • Expected to uphold high standards of personal hygiene, etiquette, and professionalism when interacting with clients and visitors.

  • Professional appearance and grooming.
  • Excellent manners, communication skills and confidence.
  • Strong hospitality and customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Polite, respectful, and presentable demeanor.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours & Shifts:

  • Working hours: 10 hours per day.
  • Rotational shifts may apply if needed as per office or site requirements.
  • Flexibility is required for weekends, events, and project-related activities when needed.

Reporting Line:

  • Reports to Administration Manager / Front Desk Manager / Office Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
