Job Overview
The Guest Services Curriers Lodge is seeking a dedicated and personable professional to provide exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, guest relations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff.

Duties

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
  • Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette and guest relations
  • Support guest services initiatives to enhance overall guest experience

Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Detail, Reliable, Cleanliness
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems advantageous
  • Experience in resort or hotel environments demonstrating excellent guest relations skills

  • Weekends and Weekdays 6:30-2 and 2-10pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
