The Guest Services Curriers Lodge is seeking a dedicated and personable professional to provide exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, guest relations, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and staff.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
- Uphold the highest standards of phone etiquette and guest relations
- Support guest services initiatives to enhance overall guest experience
Experience
- Prior experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Detail, Reliable, Cleanliness
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems advantageous
- Experience in resort or hotel environments demonstrating excellent guest relations skills

- Weekends and Weekdays 6:30-2 and 2-10pm

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
