Summary:

Provide high-quality guest support through inbound and outbound communication channels, ensuring efficient issue resolution, positive guest experiences, and adherence to performance standards that reflect Altanfeethi's commitment to service excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails professionally and courteously
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Document all interactions and case details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Adhere to established service standards and achieve defined performance metrics
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of Altanfeethi products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to guests
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring guest issues and process gaps


Qualifications:

  • Diploma degree and above in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languages
  • Guest oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • 1+ years of experience as a Guest Services Representative or in a customer-facing service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage
