Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails professionally and courteously

Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency

Document all interactions and case details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Adhere to established service standards and achieve defined performance metrics

Escalate complex or unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate teams for resolution

Maintain an updated knowledge of Altanfeethi products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to guests

Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on recurring guest issues and process gaps
Qualifications:

Diploma degree and above in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English languages

Guest oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

1+ years of experience as a Guest Services Representative or in a customer-facing service role.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage
