Guest Services Representative @ Atlanta South RV Resort

Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, dependable Guest Services Representative to join our team at our Atlanta South RV Resort in McDonough, GA. This customer-facing role handles reservations, guest check-ins, phone inquiries, and light administrative or retail tasks. You’ll help ensure every guest enjoys a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and manage reservations.
• Answer phones and respond to questions with professionalism and accuracy.
• Process payments, assemble welcome materials, and complete administrative duties.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk and guest service areas.
• Support retail or rental operations (inventory, sales, or agreements).
• Assist with events and guest activities when needed.

Schedule:

• Guest Services Desk Operates from: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Daily
• Must be available weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers or POS systems.
• Prior hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

Work Environment:
Front-desk setting with frequent guest interaction, light cleaning, and administrative duties.
