Larch House is a design forward boutique property in Whitefish, Montana, blending hospitality, architecture, and a more independent, modern guest experience. We are building a team that is thoughtful, detail oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment as we continue to refine our systems and service model.

We are seeking a Guest Services & Reservations Specialist who can confidently manage guest communication, reservations, and daily operations while delivering a high level of service.

Position Overview

This role is a hybrid of front desk, reservations, and guest support. You will be responsible for managing guest communication before, during, and after their stay, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

This position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and booking modifications
  • Communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Support check-ins and check-outs in a primarily self guided environment
  • Monitor and update systems including HelloShift and Mews property management software
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Assist with daily operational tasks, including tracking arrivals, departures, and special requests
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across all departments
  • Support guests with questions, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Uphold the standards and presentation of the property at all times

  • Previous hospitality, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
