GUEST SUPPORT AGENT WITH MOTORBIKE LICENSE

Frank Porter is looking to hire a Guest Services Agent who can drive a motorbike.

Responsibilities

· Meeting our guests to provide a smooth check-in process

· Processing deposits via cash/POS at the property

· Assisting our guests with checkout on their day of departure

· Completing comprehensive check out and inventory reports of the property to document damage/missing items, repairs or maintenance works

· Visiting our properties to replace missing items

· Assist with opening properties for inspections/maintenance works as required

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is committed to providing an experience which our guests won’t forget. You will also need to have attention to detail and remain calm when under pressure during busy times.

The salary for this role is 3700 AED per month based on a 6 day shift working week.

PREFERABLY HAVING PAST EXPERIENCE IN A HOLIDAY HOMES

Requirements

· Demonstrated experience in an operations role

· Experience of working within the vacation homes rental business/ hospitality industry would be advantageous

· Excellent command of English

· Intermediate and above Excel skills

· Proactive in approach

· Decision maker who solves problems

· Experience in coordinating complex scheduling for daily tasks

· Calm under pressure

· Demonstrates leadership capabilities

· Capable of dealing with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner

· Scheduling experience

Pay: Up to AED3,700.00 per month
