Responsibilities
- Develop Course Training Standards (CTS)
- Develop Course Instructional Plan (CIP)
- Develop Course Synopsis (CS)
- Develop Criterion Reference Test Items (CRTI) and Checklists (CRC)
- Develop Test Questions
- Develop and update PowerPoint Presentations
- Maintain current Technical Orders for specialty courses
- Teach support courses when required
- Train Counterpart Instructors when required
- Perform additional duties when required
Requirements
- Must possess a 7 or 9 skill level in the Guided Weapons Maintenance Career Field
- At least 5 years' experience working in the Missile Maintenance Section
- At least 2 years of experience as a 7-skill level (not required for 9 skill level)
- Completed the Technical Instructor Course
- At least 2 years of experience as a Guided Weapons Maintenance Instructor
- Experience working with F-15 missiles and precision guided weapons
- Received a T prefix to their AFSC indicating qualified instructor
