UBC Convertec (Pvt) Ltd is looking to onboard a skilled Guillotine Operator to support our production team. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with paper cutting machines and understands the importance of precision, efficiency, and consistency in a production environment.

Role Overview:
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for operating the guillotine cutting machine, ensuring accurate cuts as per job specifications, and supporting smooth production flow. The role requires focus, technical understanding, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate guillotine/paper cutting machine independently
Ensure accurate cutting as per job cards and production plans
Maintain minimum wastage and efficient material handling
Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance
Follow safety procedures and production standards
Coordinate with printing and finishing teams

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Guillotine Operator
Background in printing & packaging industry preferred
Strong understanding of measurements and cutting layouts
Detail-oriented with a responsible work attitude
Ability to work under deadlines
