Guitar/Voice Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction in guitar and voice to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and goals.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to inspire students' love for music.
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations when applicable.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate performances and events
• Stay updated on current trends and techniques in music education
• Extra consideration given to candidates who have skills in teaching additional instruments.

Skills:
- Experience working with students in a music education setting
- Ability to educate and inspire students to develop their musical abilities
- Knowledge of various musical styles, genres, and instruments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Experience in tutoring or early childhood education is a plus
