Overview

Gulf Multi Sport is building a talent pool of passionate and skilled professionals to support current and future sports events, programs, and operations. These open roles are designed to connect with individuals who are interested in contributing to the planning, delivery, and success of endurance and multisport events across the UAE, including aquathlons, marathons, triathlons, cycling, running, and duathlons.

Successful candidates may support a variety of functions depending on evolving business needs, including event operations, logistics, co-ordination, marketing, partnerships, and on-ground delivery. The purpose of this talent pool is to identify individuals who can adapt quickly, collaborate effectively, and uphold Gulf Multi Sport standards of excellence in event execution.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary depending on the role and project requirements, but could include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of endurance and multi sport events such as aquathlons, marathons, triathlons, cycling events, running races, and duathlons.
• Assisting with event operations, logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Coordinating with athletes, partners, suppliers, federations, and stakeholders.
• Supporting marketing, communications, and participant engagement initiatives.
• Assisting with event setup, break down, and on-ground operations.
• Ensuring health, safety, and operational standards are maintained during events.
• Contributing ideas and solutions to enhance event delivery and participant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in sports events, event management, or endurance and multisport disciplines.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, particularly during live events.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends and event days when required.
• Based in the UAE or open to working in Abu Dhabi, depending on role requirements.
