Position Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and professional Gulfstream G650 Captainswith a strong commitment to safety, precision, and superior customer service. This role requires expertise in operating long-haul private flights and an unwavering dedication to delivering an exceptional flying experience for high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and command Gulfstream G650 aircraft for private and chartered flights.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international aviation regulationsand company policies.
• Maintain high standards of flight safety, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Provide an elite in-flight experience, including discretion and professionalism with VIP clients.
• Work closely with the flight operations team to ensure seamless trip planning, including weather analysis, fuel management, and route optimization.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
• Uphold crew resource management (CRM) best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Represent Sybajet professionally with a client-first mindset.

Requirements

• Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with a G650 Type Rating.
• Minimum 4,000 total flight hours with at least 1,500 hours as PIC on a Gulfstream aircraft.
• Extensive experience in international operations with a strong understanding of global flight planning and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous VIP or private charter experience preferred.
• Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling, including long-haul, overnight, and on-call flights.
