Gutter Installation Helper – $20–$25/hr

Missouri Gutter Installers is a growing, locally owned company based in Columbia, MO, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable Gutter Installation Helper to join our crew.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work hard, learn a skilled trade, and make good money, with opportunities to earn more through performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with residential gutter installations
• Carry and stage materials on job sites
• Set up and move ladders safely
• Use basic power tools and hand tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Take direction from the Crew Lead and work efficiently as a team

Most work is in Columbia, MO, with occasional day trips (up to ~2 hours).

Pay & Bonuses

• $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and performance

Schedule

• Full-time
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – ~4:00 PM
• Occasional weekend work
• Work slows slightly in winter, but we still have jobs

• Construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Able to lift materials and work outdoors
• Reliable transportation
