Gutter Installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gutter Installer to join our dynamic Drainage team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining gutter systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure our clients receive efficient, durable, and high-quality gutter solutions that protect their properties from water damage. Duties

• Measure and mark locations for gutter installation based on blueprints, schematics, and site plans
• Install gutters using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to ensure secure attachment and proper drainage
• Seal joints with caulking and perform trimming or adjustments for a perfect fit
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with safety standards and client specifications
• Remove old gutters or damaged sections before installing new systems, including fascia and soffit repairs if needed
• Operate heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material handling
• Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow design specifications during installation processes

Skills

• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and quality control standards
• Familiarity with roofing, masonry, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall installation, plastering, stucco work, and concrete finishing is a plus
• Ability to perform fixture installation such as doors, windows, or glass panels as needed
• Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical basics relevant to gutter systems or related building components
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during projects

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
