Connectalents is a leading recruitment and HR solutions company is MENA is looking for "Gym Branch Manager" in Shoubra,Cairo for a fast-growing fitness organization with multiple ladies only branches across Cairo.
Job Role
Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Team Performance Management: Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, ensuring clear KPIs and high performance.
Fitness Revenue Growth: Lead the fitness team to achieve Personal Training (PT) revenue targets.
Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations including front desk, hygiene standards, and overall service quality.
Customer Experience: Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
Leadership: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams
Commercial Mindset: Strong ability to drive revenue and translate targets into daily actions.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve challenges effectively.
