Gym Cleaner/Front Desk

Job Description: Cleaner – World Gym Pensacola and Cantonment

Locations:

• World Gym Pensacola – 7166 N. 9th Ave., Pensacola, FL 32504
• World Gym Cantonment – Cantonment, FL 32533

(Approximately 15 miles apart, about a 25-minute drive)

Job Summary:
World Gym Pensacola and Cantonment are seeking a reliable, hardworking cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of both facilities. This role is critical to ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our members and guests. The position requires working at both locations on different days and includes front desk duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the gym, including:
• Bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and showers
• Bathroom walls, mirrors, and floors
• Gym equipment, mats, and free weights
• Common areas such as the lobby and hallways
• Trash removal and disposal
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming throughout the facility
• Sanitizing touchpoints, such as door handles and counters
• Replenish supplies, including paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
• Deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as baseboards and vents.
• Assist in keeping the outdoor areas clean and presentable.
• Learn front desk operations to assist with greeting members and answering basic questions when needed. Important

• Non-gym members only – we are not hiring current gym members for this position.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between both locations.
• Comfortable with all cleaning tasks and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with members and staff in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning schedule.
• Must adhere to company policy of no phone use during shifts.
