We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Gym Director / Marketing Director to lead our fitness facility and oversee all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health club management combined with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive membership growth, enhance community engagement, and elevate our brand presence through innovative marketing strategies.

Pay is Salary + Commission +Bonus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans utilizing SEO, social media marketing, and grass roots marketing to attract new members and retain existing clients.
• Oversee daily gym operations ensuring a high standard of service, safety, and cleanliness while managing staff performance and scheduling.
• Utilize analytics tools and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, optimize outreach strategies, and improve ROI.
• Create compelling content for various platforms including email marketing campaigns, and social media channels to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with product management teams to develop new fitness programs or services aligned with market demand.
• Manage the gym’s budget for marketing initiatives ensuring cost-effective campaigns that maximize visibility and membership growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in gym or health club management combined with a strong background in digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of sales techniques including advertising sales and B2B marketing approaches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making purposes.
• Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging promotional content across multiple channels.
• Experience managing budgets effectively while overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
