Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Female and male gym Trainer in Abu Dhabi Emirate, UAE. The Gym Trainer will be responsible for creating, organizing and managing various exercise programs for clients. The Gym Trainer will also ensure that clients receive safe and effective workouts and provide guidance on proper technique as well as assist clients in setting and achieving their fitness goals. In addition, the Gym Trainer will maintain cleanliness and safety in the gym. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients live healthier lives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years prior experience as gym trainer in UAE.
• Personal trainer certified.
• Group classes experience will be a valuable advantage.
• Prior experience in designing and managing fitness programs for clients of all ages.
• Experience in providing consultations, assessments, and individualized workout plans based on client's fitness goals and levels
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients and create a comfortable environment
• Excellent communication skills to guide and motivate clients, and to build positive relationships
• Ability to keep up with current industry trends and developments in exercise science
• Ability to deal with MS office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in sport education or related field is preferred, Minimum high school.
