Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator (Fitness Leadership Background Preferred)
Battista Academy is seeking a driven and customer-focused professional with a background in gym or fitness leadership to step into a dynamic Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator role.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has managed a fitness facility, worked closely with members, and handled day-to-day operations — and is now ready to transition into a broader business-focused environment.
In this position, you’ll work closely with an experienced CEO overseeing two rapidly growing companies:
- AutoGiants – a multi-location automotive dealership group
- Battista Academy – a private coaching organization supporting high-level business owners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct operational and administrative support to senior leadership
- Manage client communication, follow-ups, and overall experience
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal workflows
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client and lead activity
- Assist with marketing efforts and ongoing campaigns
- Support sales processes, including onboarding and retention
- Track key metrics using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Ideal Background:
- Experience in a Gym Manager, Fitness Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong customer service and client-facing experience
- Exposure to sales (memberships, packages, upselling, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
- Professional, confident communicator
- Self-starter with a growth mindset
