Gym Membership Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Gym Membership Consultant to join our growing team at Lead Academy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Membership Growth:

• Proactively engage with potential members through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Conduct tours of the facility to prospective members, showcasing the gym’s amenities, equipment, and programs.
• Explain membership options, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new memberships and renewals.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional service to current and prospective members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist members with account management, including updating personal information, processing payments, and handling cancellations.

Member Retention:

• Develop and maintain relationships with members to foster a sense of community and encourage long-term membership.
• Follow up with new members to ensure they are utilizing the facility and programs effectively.

Administrative Duties:

• Accurately input and maintain member data in the gym’s membership management system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, membership trends, and retention rates.

Marketing & Outreach:

• Participate in community events, outreach programs, and marketing initiatives to promote the gym and attract new members.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using membership management software and MS Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in a related field is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to our upcoming branch in Sharjah when required.

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
