• Front Desk — covers greeting, dealing with members, handling inquiries, and representing the gym.
• Handle member inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
• Educate potential members about membership packages, services, and benefits
• Operations Executive — implies responsibility for attendance, fee collection, hygiene oversight, maintenance coordination, and sales follow-ups.
• Manage member admissions and registration processes.
• Generate and issue payment slips, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Take attendance of members and staff, ensuring proper record-keeping.
• Can perform outdoor task if required.
• Promote the gym’s services to attract new members.
• Organize promotional activities, events, or campaigns to boost membership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage retention and referrals.
• Identify growth opportunities to enhance the gym’s business performance.
