Own a Gym in Panama City Beach for $1,000 Down

We’re looking to sponsor one entrepreneur into ownership of a private Aira Fitness studio.

You don’t need $60,000.
You don’t need perfect credit.
You need grit, leadership, and $1,000 to prove you’re serious.

The Structure:

• $1,000 Down Payment (non-refundable)
• We finance the remaining $59,000 over 2 years
• First 30–45 days is a “Trial Period”:
• You’ll run the gym under supervision
• You’ll follow Aira’s systems, marketing, and operational playbooks
• Your goal: sign up 10 new paying members and keep daily ops solid
• After successful completion, we lock in your official contractor agreement and begin your buyout path
