Customer Service and Member Relations:
- Greeting and assisting: Welcoming members and guests, answering questions, and providing information about the gym's services, classes, and facilities.
- Membership management: Assisting with new member sign-ups, processing membership renewals, updating member information, and handling inquiries about membership terms.
- Conflict resolution: Addressing member concerns, complaints, or feedback professionally and efficiently, or escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Community building: Fostering a friendly and positive atmosphere, recognizing regular members, and helping them feel valued.
- Promoting services: Informing members and prospective members about special offers, upcoming classes, and new programs.
- Upselling/Cross-selling: Suggesting additional services or products that might benefit members.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
