Duties

  • Engage with prospective members through outbound cold calling, in-person visits, and territory management to generate new leads and expand the customer base
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations of gym facilities, fitness programs, and membership options to showcase value and address customer needs
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling premium memberships, and ensuring member satisfaction through ongoing support
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives and lead generation campaigns to attract B2B clients such as corporate wellness programs or local businesses
  • Negotiate membership terms and close sales effectively by understanding client requirements and presenting tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with management on territory management strategies, sales targets, and performance analysis to maximize outreach efforts

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on direct customer engagement and account management
  • Strong background in territory management, lead generation, and cold calling techniques within a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
  • Demonstrated success in technical or technology sales, including product demos and upselling strategies
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities to foster long-term client relationships
  • Ability to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Prior experience in management or business development roles is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $3,171.00 - $3,672.00 per month
