Job Summary:

Total Fitness Studio is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Receptionist cum Gym Trainer be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for handling front-desk activities, managing memberships, converting inquiries into sign-ups, and supporting studio operations.

Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
• Manage appointments, class schedules, and trainer bookings
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
• Handle client check-ins/check-outs efficiently

Sales Duties:

• Promote gym memberships, personal training packages, and ongoing promotions
• Follow up with leads and walk-in inquiries to close sales
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or manual tracking
• Meet and exceed monthly membership and sales targets
• Upsell supplementary products or services (like protein shakes, merchandise, etc.)

Administrative & Operational:

• Maintain accurate client records and update membership details
• Coordinate with trainers and management for daily operations
• Assist with inventory, stock management, and petty cash
• Generate daily/weekly reports on sales and attendance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in reception or sales (preferably in a gym, spa, or wellness center)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment, fitness services, and terminology
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and CRM software (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
