Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement gymnastics curricula for recreational and competitive levels.
• Schedule and manage a team of coaches, ensuring consistent quality across all classes.
• Coordinate seasonal events, internal competitions, and parent-teacher showcases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding athlete progress and program details.
• Ensure all safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards are strictly followed.
• Monitor class enrollment and assist with marketing strategies to grow the program.

Skills and Qualifications

• Program Leadership: Proven experience managing gymnastics programs or sports facilities.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of USAG, FIG, or equivalent gymnastics levels and safety standards.
• Team Management: Ability to mentor, schedule, and motivate a diverse coaching staff.
• Communication: Clear, friendly communication style for interacting with parents and young athletes.
• Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Certification: Background in gymnastics coaching (e.g., Level 2 or higher) and First Aid/CPR certification.
