Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in the Gynecology and Obstetrics departments.
  • Assist doctors during normal deliveries, C-sections, and DMO (medical termination of pregnancy) procedures.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs before, during, and after procedures.
  • Manage OPD and IPD patients, ensuring timely medication and comfort.
  • Assist in sample collection and maintaining proper labeling and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery rooms, procedure rooms, and postnatal wards.
  • Educate mothers on postnatal care, breastfeeding, hygiene, and newborn handling.
  • Maintain sterilization of equipment and ensure infection control practices are followed.
  • Coordinate with the gynecology team and maintain proper handover between shifts.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in gynecology and obstetrics nursing, including labor room and OT exposure.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of gynecology procedures, normal and C-section deliveries.
  • Experience in IPD and OPD management.
  • Knowledge of DMO procedures, postnatal care, and emergency handling.
  • Good communication and patient counseling skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night duties.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role with rotational shifts (morning, evening, night).
  • Involves direct interaction with patients and doctors in delivery and gyne wards.
  • Exposure to clinical environments and infection control areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
