Gynecologist Estate

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Gynecologist Estate to provide comprehensive women's health services within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology, with experience in family planning, maternal-fetal medicine, and reproductive endocrinology. This role involves delivering patient-centered care, performing diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with specialized medical teams to ensure optimal health outcomes for women across all life stages. The Gynecologist Estate will also contribute to clinical research initiatives and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.

Duties

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patient medical histories related to obstetrics and gynecology.
• Perform diagnostic procedures including ultrasound imaging, mammography, hysteroscopy, and other relevant imaging modalities.
• Manage a wide range of gynecological conditions such as reproductive endocrinology issues, family planning, menopause management, and pelvic disorders.
• Provide prenatal care, monitor fetal development, and manage labor & delivery in collaboration with obstetric teams.
• Administer treatments including botulinum toxin therapy, hormone therapies, and minimally invasive surgical procedures like suturing or catheterization.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Participate in clinical research studies related to women's health, oncology, or reproductive medicine.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications tailored to their individual needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, psychiatry, and other specialties to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records according to NCQA standards.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of obstetrics & gynecology practices with proficiency in family medicine and maternal-fetal medicine.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic radiology techniques such as CT scans, nuclear medicine imaging, and diagnostic evaluation tools.
• Familiarity with interventional radiology procedures including vascular interventional radiography and catheterization techniques.
• Proficiency in medical coding (CPT/ICD) for billing purposes and documentation accuracy.
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pathology, and pharmacology relevant to women's health issues.
• Skilled in the use of EMR/EHR systems like Epic or other clinical software platforms for efficient patient management.
• Ability to perform complex procedures such as uterine biopsies, endometrial sampling, or neonatal ventilator management when applicable.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through clinical research participation or telehealth experience.
