Gypsum Carpenter

To perform all types of gypsum carpentry work including installation, finishing, and repair of gypsum boards, partitions, ceilings, and decorative works according to specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install gypsum boards, ceilings, and partitions as per drawings and site requirements.

• Fabricate and install decorative gypsum designs, cornices, and false ceilings.

• Prepare surfaces and ensure proper alignment and finishing.

• Repair damaged gypsum boards, ceilings, and related structures.

• Mix and apply plaster, putty, or joint compounds for finishing work.

• Work closely with electricians, plumbers, and other trades to coordinate gypsum installations.

• Ensure all work is completed on time and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
