Job Title: Gypsum Carpenter cum PainterJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled Gypsum Carpenter cum Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in gypsum works (partitions, ceilings, and decorative finishes) along with professional painting skills for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install gypsum board partitions, false ceilings, and wall linings
• Measure, cut, fix, and finish gypsum boards accurately
• Perform jointing, taping, putty work, and surface leveling
• Carry out interior and exterior painting works (primer, emulsion, enamel, texture, etc.)
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks or damages
• Ensure quality finishing as per drawings and site requirements
• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with supervisors and other workers on site
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Gypsum Carpenter and Painter
• Knowledge of gypsum systems, painting techniques, and materials
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
• Physically fit and able to work on-site
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in residential and commercial projects
• Knowledge of safety standards
