HAAD/DOH REGISTERED NURSE

A construction site nurse is responsible for providing health services, first aid, and promoting occupational health and safety for workers on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Health Services: The construction site nurse administers first aid to injured or ill employees and organizes health service programs in compliance with occupational health regulations.
• Health Education: Conducts health orientations and training for employees, educating them about workplace hazards and promoting health maintenance practices.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitors the health of employees, maintains medical records, and prepares reports on health services provided, including annual medical reports.
• Safety Compliance: Inspects the work environment for health hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and suggesting improvements to enhance worker safety.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develops and implements emergency response plans and participates in safety drills to prepare for potential health emergencies on-site.
