You are helping people through a claim while earning high commissions on every deal.

Compensation

• Commission: % per deal
• Average deal: $5,000–$10,000
• Weekly earnings: $2,000–$10,000+
• Top reps: $15K+/week during storm season

What You’ll Do

• Inspect vehicles for hail damage (we train you)
• Educate customers on insurance claims (no out-of-pocket)
• Guide clients through the claim process
• Close deals and bring vehicles into our shop
• Work directly with insurance adjusters when needed
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
