About the Role

We’re hiring a Hair Removal Specialist (Sugarist) for our Sparks location.

This role is ideal for someone who wants stability, a growing and consistent flow of clients, and a long-term place to grow without the pressure of running their own business.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent services, maintaining a clean and organized studio, and contributing to a strong team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform sugaring hair removal services
• Provide a high level of client care and professionalism
• Educate clients on pre and post care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your studio
• Use Vagaro to manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs as needed
• Track and restock supplies

Requirements

• Active Nevada Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Strong reliability and professionalism
• Comfortable performing Brazilian services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Availability for either morning or evening shifts
• Reliable attendance

Schedule Options

• Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Employment Type

• Full-time preferred (30+ hours/week)
• Part-time considered
• Hours typically build over time as your book of clients grows
• At-will employment

Compensation

• Starting at $20/hour
• Structured hourly increases based on performance and tenure
• Most team members reach $30–$40+ per hour based on performance and tenure (customer tips are additional)
