Position Summary

The Hair Restoration Sales Consultant is directly responsible for generating revenue through patient consultations, lead conversion, referral development, and community outreach. This individual serves as a brand ambassador for Imami Hair Restoration and works closely with providers and management to increase consultation volume, procedure bookings, patient satisfaction, and overall practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and educate prospective patients.
• Conduct consultations and follow-up communications.
• Present pricing, financing options, and payment plans.
• Convert consultations into scheduled procedures.
• Develop referral relationships and attend networking events.
• Generate leads and support marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and exceed goals.
• Strong consultative selling skills.
• CRM experience.

Preferred:

• Medical, aesthetics, wellness, or elective healthcare sales experience.
• Patient consultation experience.
• Local networking relationships.
