We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Hair Restoration Technician to join our growing team.

Job Description
As a Hair Restoration Technician, you will play an essential role in our clinical team, assisting the physician with surgical hair restoration procedures and supporting patients throughout their treatment experience. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, hands-on, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the physician with hair restoration procedures, including FUE (Follicular Unit Excision) and other advanced surgical techniques
• Operate and maintain the ARTAS robotic system
• Prepare patients for procedures and help ensure their comfort throughout the surgical day
• Assist with PRP procedures for hair restoration
• Perform phlebotomy for PRP preparation and related treatments
• Assist with hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions and patient support as needed
• Provide post-procedure support and review detailed aftercare instructions with patients
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and well-organized treatment environment
• Monitor and document patient progress, treatment details, and outcomes
• Assist with clinical flow, phone calls, and other duties as needed
• Support the overall patient experience with professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion

Qualifications

• Certification as a Medical Assistant, Surgical Technician, or similar clinical qualification preferred
• Experience in hair restoration, dermatology, plastic surgery, or other surgical/clinical settings preferred, but not required
• Phlebotomy experience preferred or willingness to be trained
• Experience with PRP and hyperbaric treatments is a plus
• Willingness to learn hair restoration techniques and become proficient through training
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
